Operator and scope

These terms apply to the public Search Console Operator information pages and any hosted Search Console Operator features we expressly make available to you. The operator is AYOBAMI JOHN HAASTRUP, a United Kingdom sole trader trading as Proof & State. Contact woeinvests@gmail.com.

Hosted access is still being prepared and is not open for public registration. Publishing these pages does not create an account, grant access, activate Google consent or establish a paid subscription. Independently operated software and third-party services remain subject to their own applicable licences and terms.

Authorised use

Use the product only for accounts, sites and information you are authorised to access. If you act for another person or organisation, you must have permission to connect its accounts and process its information. Keep your accounts and credentials secure and use the designated connection flow; do not send secrets in support messages.

Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access another account's information, evade service limits, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. Public information pages do not grant permission to inspect private service routes or data.

Connections and permissions

The hosted Google connection requests identity information and read-only Search Console access. It does not authorise Google account administration, Search Console writes or indexing submissions. An MCP client connection, an alert recipient and optional report-sharing controls require their own supported permissions. Review a client's requested scope and callback before approving it.

You remain responsible for deciding what to connect, which supported actions to request, and who may receive results. A separate client may store or process information you send to it. Its terms and data settings apply to that use.

Results, limits and availability

Search Console Operator provides information and analysis based on the available inputs. Google can omit, delay, anonymise, limit or change data. A bounded collection can be partial, and calculations depend on their stated dates, filters and aggregation. Retained results may reflect an earlier capture rather than current Google data.

Review the reported source, limits and missing-data indicators before relying on an output. We do not promise search rankings, traffic, indexing, complete query coverage, uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every MCP client. The product does not replace your own judgement about your website or business.

Operations may be paused or declined when authorisation, service limits, security or an unresolved earlier request requires review. Available features and limits may change.

Your data and ending access

The Search Console Operator privacy policy explains the information processed, providers, retention and request process. Connecting Google does not make your reports public.

You can stop using the product and use the available Google disconnect, Google Account revocation, MCP revocation and alert unsubscribe controls as appropriate. These controls have different effects and do not automatically erase all retained records or copies. Contact woeinvests@gmail.com for a request about data we hold.

Third-party services and charges

Google, Cloudflare and any MCP client or email provider you choose have their own services, requirements and terms. Their availability or policy changes may affect the product. These pages do not offer checkout or establish a paid plan. Any future paid offering requires separate disclosed pricing and terms; nothing here authorises a purchase.

Changes and applicable rights

We may update product information and these terms as the service changes. The updated date will be shown, and material changes affecting an existing service relationship will be communicated through an appropriate available channel before they apply where required. No statement here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
